"The Line is a point that is set in motion" Paul Klee
This drawing was composed over a lifetime of artist, traveler, illustrator and educator. The rhythm of La Ligne is a freedom resulting from scribbling cultivated on a daily basis, in parallel
of a graphic work in pen.
In 2010, the airbrush proved to be the ideal tool for declining
all the nuances of this childhood spirit. The experience gained from drawing remains in the background, suggesting that everyone take a walk, renewed with each passage.
The Line does not start from an idea, it creates a connected universe, hence the neologism, the Toutétlié.
"Writing with air" implies a speed of execution that the passion for music and dance has led to be literally carried by the rhythm with a logic unifying all the tendencies of 4 decades of drawing and painting experiences. . A calligraphy, a language.

Philippe Caspar

Born in Strasbourg in 1982, I am a graphic designer by trade; self-taught artist, mainly influenced by cinema, literature, music and comics.
I have been working diligently since childhood with artists such as Bernie Wrightson, Frank Frazetta, Marcel Gotlib, Claude Serre, Bill Watterson and Robert Crumb as models, whose quality and strength of drawing arouse in me an admiration close to idolatry. . Painting comes later thanks to Jean Léon Gérome and to academic painting in general, William Bouguereau and Hippolyte Flandrin in particular. Next come Klimt, Hopper, Pollock and Basquiat.
The aesthetics of the films of John Carpenter, George Roméro or David Cronenberg, the atmosphere of the books of Philip K Dick and Stephen King contribute to forge a fantastic filter through which passes a large part of my pictorial work.
Attracted by abstraction, I work with my colors in order to find their brute force, almost independently of the drawing serving as the basis of the canvas, without ever, however, losing sight of it.

Born in Lille in 1960. A childhood in Steenwerck in the North.
A father, cattle dealer; then, back from school, put down his satchel to see the cows in the barn.
Draw regularly. His drawing teacher offered him the Fine Arts. Too early, not ready? The environment is not favorable.
Agricultural studies in the North then in the Creuse, hoping to set up as a breeder. Agricultural worker in Cher and Creuse (ten years). Installation is not possible. Return to the Pas de Calais at Boulogne sur mer.
Meeting with Jacques Salvignol, director of the Municipal Art School of Boulogne sur mer (EMA).
Student at EMA for 5 years then teacher for 13 years, watercolor and “live model” sketching workshops.
Meeting with Isabelle… Together decide to settle in Auvergne in 2009 in Marsac en Livradois.

Olga Kataeva-Rochford

Olga Kataeva-Rochford was born in Leningrad in 1986 and spent her childhood in Russia. After a professional training in art in Saint Petersburg where the Russian Museum, the Hermitage and the Fine Arts made her discover the work of the masters, she continued with a doctorate on the medium of drawing in Paris, the city where she lives currently at the crossroads of cultures.
Traveling the world with her brushes, savoring the diversity of landscapes, faces and cultures, she seeks in her art to capture the spirit of places and transform it into universal and poetic images that make you dream and escape the mind. . Through these timeless parables painted with tempera, a technique used since the Middle Ages, she seeks to debanalize everyday life, restore freshness to the gaze and bring out the invisible.
She exhibits regularly in France and internationally and her works are kept in museums in Russia and in private international collections.

Sheraf studied graphic design and discovered the world of street art with Banksy, Jef Aérosol, C215, Mist and many others!
Two very unique universes appear. The illustration where he plays with the curves, the shapes and the complexity of the details, giving birth to naive characters.
And the painting with a more marked, more realistic but still dynamic line: living canvases.
It flourishes in the portrait, models it and what bubbles inside is expressed with the brush, acrylic, posca, chalk ...
Today he works in the field of visual arts for various projects, continues his creative work and prepares new exhibitions in France and abroad.
His illustrations and paintings open onto a heterogeneous and contemporary world.
Dreaminess and realism mingle in the same movement, imbued with bright colors and street art.

My artistic approach marvels and feeds on the subtle and graphic ingenuity of any creature that lives on water or underwater, animal or plant, micro or macro, which flies or crawls, which swims or which remains clinging to its rock. With my creations, I bring my little voice; one, among the ambient concert, I mingle in the praises.
My artistic sensibility was forged in contact with the invisible; Grimm's tales, legends and designs created by Tolkien. My sensitivity grew with the animated films of Miyasaki, with the legends of the Countries of the North, Tim Burton, the travel stories of Bougainville, of Alexandra David Neel; Hugo Pratt; Harry Potter.
The sketches of Leonardo da Vinci, the drawings of Van Gogh; Lee Conklin, Ingres, the drawings of the Studio 'Fleisher Old Cartoon' of 1938, of M Cuvillier, the discoveries of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross… were relays and landmarks on my path.
I met 'Anna and Mister God', dilated reading Khalil Gilbran.
Working on light… In light, there are all colors… Starting from the interior, bringing it out of oneself, the medium, are the soft Girault pastels… this smooth 'candle black' [smфck!]

Armelle Fox

Immersed in an artistic environment from childhood, the family follows the stunt actor father during his theater tours, living in a caravan. The world of theater, its sets, its giant puppets fascinate her. The affirmation of a fictitious universe, the distance from reality and proximity to childhood will be the milestones of his imagination.
Holder of a degree in plastic arts and art sciences (Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne), she trained in painting in the studio of André Bouzerau, in Belleville. She describes her approach to painting as “Neo-romantic”, works in series and often switches from one to another. Its paper supports, which it associates with the skin, allow reminiscent images to surface, playing with the chance of the technique used.
Since 2007 his work has been presented in galleries (group and personal exhibitions) Ba Cologne gallery, Germany, Peinture Fraîche gallery, Paris.
Recently she has been giving lectures on the status of the woman artist in connection with her series Epidermes.
His work has been presented at several exhibitions in Europe: Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, Abteï Brauweiler, Germany, “Kölner Liste”, Germany.
She lives and works in Paris.

Drawing lessons make sense: understanding the anatomy of a body and attempting to reproduce its curves, always trying to respond in a particular way to a given subject, discovering the great artists who have made history ...
After studies in Plastic Arts, then in Cinema-Audiovisual, it is the entry into the Superior School of Art, specialized in graphic design. There the discovery of modern art deepens and in particular comes an encounter with abstract art. Classically trained, it is incomprehension but also attraction. The practice of painting is a test. The question of the subject constantly arises ...
After 20 years working in multimedia, in early 2018 painting is back as a necessity. Christophe operates his moult. The creative gives way to the artist with a desire to tackle questions that have been buried for too long.
It is the abstract painting which comes as evidence so that the exposure of his emotions and his reflections is accomplished, a quest for authenticity in the exchange with the Other.

Yet it is on his side that Thierry Nogue is siding, by reflecting on the notion of "enhancing the little".
This work, started at the School of Fine Arts in Mannheim in Germany, continued in artistic residency in Leipzig, then in a collective of plastic artists in Rennes, attempts to highlight the banality of everyday life.
Thierry Nogue lives and works near Pornic.

TChiyoko

Tchiyoko, Japanese artist, graduate of the Tokyo Koguei Highschool (art / crafts), continued his studies in Spain at the Massana school (art / design / jewelry) in Barcelona then at the Joaquín Torrents Lladó school (drawing / painting) from Palma de Mallorca.
His work is inspired by different universes that go through the art deco style, manga or traditional Japanese crafts. She juxtaposes them, to invest the daily and reinterpret moments of life.
Tchiyoko creates compositions with simple elements that she associates, or that she confronts, bringing poetry to things or provoking situations close to nonsense.
She lives and works in the West of France.
